Psychiatrist

I am a rurally based consultant psychiatrist and dynamic psychotherapist with telehealth capacity. Over the years I have developed particular interests in ADHD other neurodevelopmental disorders, trauma and medicolegal psychiatry.

Since commencing my career I have been accustomed to a variety of medical environments including but not limited to general practice, neurological medicine, emergency & trauma.
My achievement of RANZCP fellowship belies a scope of nineteen years psychiatric experience; notably including time and practices to an extensive Consultation Liaison Unit, Psychiatric CCU, Early Psychosis, Gender Dysphoria and Refugee Clinics. Indeed all of these roles have required a firm capacity to manage patients with complex medical and psychological morbidity.

I gained my Medical degree with Honours at Monash University in 1996. I went on to commence postgraduate physician training sitting for my GME in 2002; earning my Masters in Psychological Medicine in 2004.
